I’m not a fan of gyms. Is it a big gym?

No, the Reactive Training gym is a private studio. The only other people there will be the other women in your class. We really are like a family (there’s even a bit of banter, if you want!)

When are your classes?

We have morning and evening classes, and you can mix and match with our flexible membership option. We know life doesn’t always let you have a regular schedule. All classes are 45 minutes long.

Monday: 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 7.00am

Wednesday: 7.00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday: 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 7.00am

Saturday: 10.00am
