  • Measure at the widest point
  • Enter how much you would like to lose over the next 4 weeks
  • Try to think of something you would like to achieve in the next 4-6 weeks. It might be something like run up the stairs without getting out of breath, run a mile without stopping or something a little more adventurous like take part in an obstacle race...
  • Don't worry I wont share without permission, ideally take the picture in your training kit and we will take a comparison picture at the end of the challenge so you can see your progress 🙂
